Guidelines for challenges

Port over the content from the current 'challenges' section with areas for the: Challenge outline, Solutions (with initial/sample solutions 'hidden' by default) and an index of all available Challenges to help sign-post relevant challenges based on the topic/complexity of each.

The challenge outline should have sample data available to download, a light-hearted into to the task the user is required to complete, a clear outline of what success looks like and a link to where to post their solution.
